Woman Who Crushed Husband’s Testicles to Death Appears February in Court
-Says Incident was Not Premeditated

Pleebo City, Lower Maryland County: The 36-year-old woman identified as Josephine Diaba, who allegedly squeezed her husband’s testicles leading to his death in Pleebo City, Maryland County, is expected to appear at the 4th Judiciary Circuit Court in Harper City this February, 2023 to face justice.

According to suspect Josephine, her late husband allegedly accused of having extramarital affairs, which led to a heated confrontation and a fist fight. In the heat of the moment, Madam Diaba said she was forced to defend herself by grabbing hold her husband’s testicle to stop him from overpowering her.

Josephine Diaba described the situation as accidental and is pleading for mercy.

Following the accident, suspect Josephine was arrested, investigated, and charged with manslaughter by the Liberia National Police Detachment In Pleebo, Maryland County, under  Section 14.2 of the New Penal Law of Liberia.

The suspect has been forwarded to the River Gee Fish Town Correction Palace awaiting court trial at the Circuit Court in Harper during this February term of court.
